When, in that Michigan college case, she said it was not only acceptable but needed for State sponsored racial discrimination to equalize things, that's when she should have been impeached.

so true, and that is way Levin and call for constitutional amendments should gain traction, why should a person have a life tenure, term limits are good.

And like the idea that you can make the term limits such that people are leaving in 2 year or three year increments so that a president knows and the people know in advance when a judge is going, not this I'm staying around until I get a president I like before retiring.
