Population needs to be controlled by all of the world but to put abortion in as a factor for population control is nuts. Population control is done by birth control pills condom or abstinence. I, personally am looking forward to it but don’t believe it possible. I have no doubt that the government and 95% of the American, (adult) population have not learned any lessons. If we don’t go all the way to the bottom we learn nothing.
If it is possible, why are we worried about the debt we leave our children and grandchildren, bankruptcy eliminates debt, therefore there is no debt left for the next generations.

What about a national referendum on a bill of this magnitude. Let the people truly decide in November. I personally like referendums at the state level and if I had to vote once a month I would take the time to do so. But that's a terrible idea that the PEOPLE might decide their own fate.
