I haven't read too many of the posts of "Sybil," but the ones I have read come across more as slamming Repubs and Dems equally. Is the majority here so in the tank for Republicans that they won't tolerate criticism of them?

Excellent article, but I disagree with the phrase "self-indulgent grandstanding." These people are attempting to deceive citizens into thinking that only "professionals" should have guns. They desire a situation such as that in Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, or any other place where the people have little effective defense against whatever the tyrannical government wants to do. Yes, we could still use knives, clubs, or whatever, but the most effective defense would be gone. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

It also gives welfare to Israel's enemies. The government should stop all foreign aid.
