Yes he has a five point plan, the most impressive point is that he understands that cheap energy (coal, gas, Oil) will create jobs and improve tax revenue. Canada has made low cost energy work for Canadians, they tax the energy and pay for their government expenditures and reduce taxes on corporations and people. It actually works as opposed to Windmills and solar panels that require government subsidies and don't provide much real energy, we need energy when the sun isn't shinning and the wind isn't blowing. These Obama fantasies are a waste of money and don't really have positive environmental impacts.
