rickmcq, I will believe the Pew His[panic figures, when concrete blocks learn to fly. These are the same folks that told us that only 8,000,000 illegal Latino's were holding jobs in our country. If only 6 million were here, how do they hold 8 million jobs? Naturally, it must be some sort of Latino magic. Does this men that LaRaza is taking all their racists back to Mexico? Obviously no further needs for them here. Figues are lick tennis balls, they are easy to juggle...If Obama loves these Latino's so much, why doesn't he immigrate into Mexico and be their next President.
Ilucidated1, I should think that after all the blogs and unfavorable publicity on Obama, the smart women were coming back vote for the COP candidate, and the remainder of them, the unwise women, are going to vote as they did the last time, andremain with Obama and the continuing destruction of America for their sons and daughters. So much for mother love for their children..

Romney, Republicans and the Young

Doug, He is not only popular with the young folks, but also with me and I am 81. I beleive that we need one term of Ron Paul and then search hard for a new President, at the end of his term. He will be my age, or more, at the end of his term. I believe that he can do those things he proposes, because he know what I know, he does not have long to prove it. We are both getting close to traveling to Tombstone Gardens. I trust him to do what he says, if the Congress will allow him to do so. Both the Democrats and the Republicans should be smart enough to let him try to reduce the deficit, so they can attempt to talke back the Presidency for their party, and start out with a much reduced budget and deficit. I wonder if either party is...

Do You Speak Conservative?

Rubio is running for President, you folks just have your dates mixed up, don't get 2016 confused with 2012. I likehim and his zest to tell it like it is. In Washington D.C. the truth hurts and causes much scandal, but through legal ballet with the law, most seem to escape it's long arm. Elections come and elections go, and so do many office holders. Vote those who have held office too long, out on their butts. For instance, the late Robert C. Byrd, the king of pork for his state, held office for decades, way too long, so did Ted Kennedy! This should never happen again. With intelligent voters, the Obama farce should never happen to the U.S. again. However, voters are seldom ambitious enough to investigate candidates. BOHICA!
An excellent observation, sir! Are you another wised-up worker? No one learns as quickly as one who has been somehow "thugged!" I have a friend now, who is undergoing severe mistreatments, allegedly by a union boss, but cannot prove it. I wish he could! They deserve far more than their comeuppence! For those of you who have also been "Unionized" write in and briefly tell your story. Expose the unions for what they are!
Sorry folks, I forgot to add, that any time the Union senses that common sense is making inroads to the interior workings or secrets of their particular local, they fall back on the old cry of, "be alert and know that the big business is trying to break our Union!" For decades the workers have fell for that trash, as large companies filled with many unskilled high school drop outs. Today, communications have been much improved and the Union is beging to worry and "without the Twit in the White House" they would be losing power. In the end, they will destroy themselves. Remember that the unemployment figure is at 22,000,000 and the Union does not want the E-Verify bill to pass, for if it does, at least 8,000,000 of our unemployed...
Dr. Wocky, Great wisdom in your post, be assured that the Union bosses greed will be their own undoing. I have been an elected official in a large union and I can assure you that they have no thoughts beyond increasing the membership, to increase the income which they use for their conventions and other events, and look at the membership as just the means to their end. Do they care about the welfare of the membership? I will not answer, but instead, will ask you to view their actions and decisions, and decide for yourself. Thanks!

The Money Hole

Unfortunately, I do not find humor in it either, and I agree there is a distinct probability that our nation will be involved in civil disobenience. Mob rule is swift, it just flows over the land, and some of those killed, will not be those who possibly merit the punishment. Some act of Congress will trigger those riots and many will die in them. Some justice will be meted out, but only by those who are uninformed. Top leaders, who have led in the wrong direction, will be eliminated and their bodies left on public display as a warning to others not to try to lead without the talent, wisdom and patriotism. No one in their right mind, wants to see this kind of rioting, but one must also observe that many of the so called leaders,...

Japanese Earthquake Looters -- MIA

Carlos, Is it really that hard to imagine Japanese raided Pearl Harbor, Commanded Death Marches, and starved POWs? I had some friends that got much treatment than that. They tortured them constantly, none of them had any fingernails or toenails, first the Japanese drove bamboo underneath those finger and toenails, then took pliers and pulled out all the toe and fingernails. They also raped thousands of Chinese women in Nanking, during their occupation there. I could go on with other atrocities, and while I feel sorry of their general population, perhaps at long last, those war criminals who went free, finally got their just desserts. My sympathies to those who were innocent, and my condolences to the families who just did not make...

Can Japan Rise Again?

Two Canes Wrote: Mar 15, 2011 9:58 AM
I feel that Japan will overcome this double tragedy, but rebuilding is not done overnight, by people suffering greivous losses. They must overcome this tragic event and begin to rebuild, but their spirit and morale must first be restored. Each nation has its own culture and rebuilds according to their history, but this time with more stringent building codes. The Japanese people are both proud and ingenious and will probably have to rebuild by enticing labor from foreign nations to help during this time of great need. If I were not an ancient in age, (80) I would volunteer to work overseas, for there is some very rewarding paychecks available to Americans working in foreign nations. We have 22 million people out of work and I feel...
