the people serving us in washington are all dumb as foxes. no integrity at all. it all started out as farmers selected to go to washington to represent their neighbors. while they were gone the neighbors did their farm work for them. hence, the two months off in the summer when the farm work was heaviest. now days people do nothing but aspire to do political work. senators are paid $l75,000 a year. they work banker's hours. meet together one week (5 days) and the other 3 weeks meet with their constituents.
