In a single year California can attract more investor capital than all the other states COMBINED. Not only is California the entertainment capital of the world, it's also the tech capital. And google just how many Fortune 500 capitals are based from California. Chevron, Apple, Google, Cisco, Ebay, Visa, Dole Food, Mattel, Yahoo, Charles Schwab...the list is endless. No other state can come close to California when it comes to sheer business power.

An incredibly high percentage (already about 30%) of businesses have fled California in the past few years, because of BIG government and extortionate taxes. Also MANY people. Silicon Valley is already in steep decline. My own company (in Galt's Gulch) recently beat out two VC backed SV companies for a $1M+ contract. One of the concerns of the customer (a big Telco) was the financial viability of the SV companies, California and the entire U.S. Our product was also technically superior (as proved in a 6 month competition).

Or overwhelming democratic idiots!

So where does your state fall on the most conservative list? According to a new Gallup poll released yesterday, Alabama was the most conservative state in 2012. A little over half of Alabama residents identify as conservatives. Not far behind, tied for second most conservative, are Wyoming and North Dakota with 48.6 percent.

At the other end of the scale is Washington, DC, with more than 40 percent of their residents identifying as liberals. Another 10 percentage points behind DC was the runner up, Massachusetts and Oregon not far behind the bay state.

And Alaska reported having...
