GOP should go along with the hikes. Less money will be taken in and the blame will be on the dems. Let them explain it. If the GOP fights it and the SHTF, the dems will have plenty of ammo aginst the GOP. In either case , nothing will improve without spending cuts. It's just who gets blamed.
