If you'd like some free labor managing the place, you know where to find me.
So what happened to this blog? Where did everyone go? Looks like you guys lost your mojo or something...
If the indicator of success, PL, is that we all have the wealth of grow the economy on our own, wouldn't it be prudent *not* to take away our wealth, thus making it difficult for us to grow the economy on our own? Just a thought...
PL drools: "Dems clearly favor ramped-up spending short-term and scaled-back spending when private sector growth gains some traction." How amusing. The Dems favor taking our money and spending it for us, until the point that we have enough money to spend on our own. See any problems here?
What sort of moron thinks fart references belong in this blog?
HotStuff writes: "The best program the GOP can come up with..." When people stop looking for a "program" ... you know, the sort of thing the USSR used to be known for ... as a solution for every problem, our country might be on the verge of redemption.
Traitor writes: "Want to get college costs under control? Want more talent in critical fields? Make a law..." When people stop saying, "Make a law" as the first grasp for every solution, our country might be on the verge of redemption.

Look at Japan. We killed the God of Japan. We were right to nuke them, but when we did, we forced their Emporer to admit he wasn't a God. They are the only nation I know of that actually lost their God. And now, they are dying. They lost their God, and they stopped bearing children, and they grew old, and died.

Perhaps, the tendency to leftism yields extinction, due to falling birthrates that are a chronic side effect? We see that all over Europe. Where the most popular male baby name in every city of merit is now "Mohamed". You don't just abandon your religion, and become Atheist. There is no place for Atheism. When a nation rejects its religion, it doesn't become secular. It becomes a vaccuum. And a more robust religion fills that vaccuum.
