Don't Blame Romney

Of course we blame Romney. He was never a conservative in the first place. Oh, I know I have heard his rhetoric and he sounded just like Ronald Reagan. Well, if you did not notice, Obama played that same trick and it worked. There was an obvious choice. Everyone assumed that this is a center right country. Everyone assumed it was Christian. It looks like we are a center left country and Christians have dropped from about 95% of the country to about 50%. The Church used to be able to inform and guide their laity. Their laity has left. Despite calls from the pulpit to support religious freedom their laity elected to end it. Welcome to the fundamental change - thanks Ann - thanks Mitt

Every election predictor was wrong, except one: Incumbents usually win.

Republicans have taken out a sitting president only once in the last century, and that was in 1980 when Ronald Reagan beat Jimmy Carter. Sadly, Reagan's record remains secure.

The Democrats ran up against the incumbency problem in 2004. The landslide election for Democrats in 2006 suggests that Americans were not thrilled with...
