Militant Homosexual Pedophile Lobby? There's absolutely no reason to bring the Catholic Church into this, Awlhattin. Show some restraint for once in your life.

"When I was younger I held many ridiculous beliefs. Among them was the notion that Jesus was a great moral teacher though not divine. That is simply absurd." I agree. He was neither of those things, but rather a raving derelict and probably a sex offender also.

Okay--let's see it happen.

There's nothing I love more than reducing some mentally disturbed conservative to a sputtering, violent rage with a few words on a message board.

I assure you, if there is an elephant or dog out there somewhere that has been in a coma for two decades, has no measurable brain activity, and has been kept alive artificially, you have my blessing to remove it from life support.

Michael Schiavo "may have caused" Terri's condition? This is really bordering on libel. There's no evidence whatsoever to even suggest that might be a possibility. It's purely intended to smear him for taking a course of action you don't agree with.

If I can't make fun of drooling retards, that pretty much means all conservatives are off limits. Where's the fun in that?

I already have a living will written, therefore no person could have that power over me.

The teachings of the Catholic Church are totally irrelevant. It doesn't matter that Terri was a Catholic. The law is what it is. The only time Catholic beliefs were relevant was when Terri was deciding whether or not the man she chose to marry was as devout a believer as she supposedly was.

That's irrelevant. The law has already determined who gets to make that decision. If you don't trust someone else to make that decision for you, don't marry them, or have a living will written up.
