It is easier to fight an insurance company then fight the government. If the insurance company screws you, everyone gets on face book, opinions sour, and the insurance company might back down. If the government decides to screw you, well, you are just screwed. No hope and change in that.
Zerban? That is who your going to quote? Really? You are thinking that somehow, the person that the democrat that wants to beat Paul is somehow going to say something to change anyone's mind? That is like Dr. Octopus saying spiderman sucks, and thinking people are saying "wow, his opion must mean something" By the way, he also said "Congress needs a new direction and a new plan." Congress....Not the house, but congress, which includes the senate. I could actually agree with this statement.
My friend, as things go, those of us that were born soon after 1966 are fools if you actually think there will be anything for us in 25 more years. 65 or 67 will not make a difference. Already, pensions are being wiped out, they are cutting medicare to pay for obamacare, and they still what to go to te first national bank of china for more money.
Verses the folks with Obamacare that say "maybe she should be given a pill instead of the expensive surgury" or "we need to work on end of life programs"? I would prefer to battle the insurance company. Heck, you folks are already telling me what size drink I can have. As for the rewards rich and pummels the poor, I am still trying to figure out the truth in that statement.
Strangely enough, I think I like the idea. The one thing Ryan brings, no matter what, is the idea that at least someone who understands the economic side is involved. As for Mitt's Base, I am not so sure he can count on them. There is no sense of enthusium. As for no excutive experience, That is a loss, but he has been in washington long enough to at least know where the bathroom is. Ryan could fire up the tea party folks, which would be a game changer. Next I would leak that West will be sec of defense, to give the military experince in the cabinet. Rubio might work as sec of state. LAst, find a way to get Palin excited, and then sit back, let Palin, rush, hannity and the PACs run interferrance. It could work.
"helping" Isreal or even Saudi Arabia to deal with the Iran problem. Or even a contra type operation.
You have more faith then I do. While I am willing to say that Obama has been willing to go offensive, the places he has chosen to go offensive have been realitively minor in scope, such as Libya, and the folks that he helped were much more like Iran, then Isreal. I do not think Obama will do anything to strike at Iran, especially since it would likely anger several European Countries, as well as Russia and China. I can not discount his message that he would have more leeway after he is reelected to have faith that he would do something in America's best interest. Moreover, do not discount the fact that alot of us conservatives think go to war with Iran is a missed opportunity, strategically. It is to late. We would be better off...

I seem to remember a target photo op.... and a food shelter photo op. Please, if you are going to hammer Mitt, you have to in all fairness hammer Barack. I suspect you are right, neither one knows that Ballpark Hotdogs is a Brand. And neither knows how to use a sawzall.

Perhaps you are right. Please, so that I understand the argument, what exactly is "economic justice?"
Deal. I agree with your statement on Romney/ Bain. Can we also make this agreement? Bush was 3 years ago. I will not mention how wonderful Bush was, he was just another president, and you agree that the problems we face arent not Bush's fault.
Good points. First off, I moved to where the job was. That was just me. Secondly, have you been to the MCDonalds, Stamples, Walmart, and see the kind of people they are paying 9 hr for? Like they dont want to be there, snarly attitudes, etc. If you put in the time, pleasant, work hard, then you will out perform 90% of your collegues, and remember the greedy capitalist will not want to lose you, since yo um ake him money. As for time off, you only work, typically, 40 hours a week, meaning you have a lot of time off. How much time do you need? And if you are "broke", you shouldnt go to Hawaii anyway. And if I am single, I would not start a family, I would be smart enough to wait until I moved up, or went to somewhere better.
