Agreed. Also: 1.) allow for interstate insurance commerce. 2.) institute federal tort reform. 3.) restore insurance to its original purpose. It should be a hedge against financial catastrophe instead of functioning as a third-party payer.

Physicians have left the AMA in droves over the last two decades to the extent that in 2012 less than 20% of those doctors current practicing are now members. With a handle like "MoreFreedom," I would think you should be sympathetic to the loss of economic liberty by physicians in this country.
