Maxine Waters notwithstanding, why isn't Henry Paulson being investigated for his role in her banking mess? Of course her bailout was small compared to what he did for his Wall Street buddies.

Why else would he say of the Fort Hood terorist massacre, "lets not jump to conclusions". Why would he delay reaction to the Christmas bomber? Why would his first order of business as President be to seal all his personal records.
