The housing crash belongs entirely to the Democrats. They own it lock, stock, and barrel. The only thing Bush was at fault for in the housing crash was restraining himself to the powers vested in the President by the Constitution and subsequent legislation and thus not shutting down subprime loans by an abuse of his authority.
