Tax cuts increase government revenue. It a lesson learned 4 times in American history: Coolidge, Kennedy, Reagan, and GW Bush all showed that tax cuts increase government revenue. Another lesson learned from history is that tax increases seldom produce the expected revenue, because people act in ways to avoid taxes. If you like socialism, just say so. But don't pretend that it is a sensible solution for anything.
