The Republicans need to pass a bill NOW that extends the tax cuts to ALL. That puts the cliff on the backs of the Dems. Then the Representatives need to send news releases to all their districts and constituents that they are trying to reduce taxes on everyone and encourage jobs. (Point out that 4% of $500,000 is a job for someone. And we all trust a small business to create a job more than government.) Then they should pass another bill that cuts every Department/agency/program/ine item the amount that the GAO has found in the last two years to have waste and fraud. The Republicans get cuts and they can claim they only cut waste. If the Dems don't pass the bills the cliff is on them! Then they have to win the propaganda battle.

Paul Ryan and Marco Rubio wowed the Beltway conservatives last night, which is a little bit like the British cheering a successful evacuation from Dunkirk. The GOP indeed lives to fight another day, and that day will be here quickly as 2014’s candidates are already declaring –Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito for the United States Senate in West Virginia and former Governor Michael Rounds for the same in South Dakota.
