The White House Court Jesters of Sequester

A couple of random thoughts. There's no fat in the non-existent budget that could be trimmed? This is like a family having to cut back $2.70 cents from their $100 weekly food budget. One less bag of chips, perhaps? Oh, the tragedy of it all! Regarding that family, it would be akin to them cutting out food from their budget instead of looking at the non-essentials. Maybe one less movie out a month? What this boils down to is that the government can NEVER do with less. That's what Democrats are claiming. This measly 2.7% cut in the RATE of growth is the END of THE WORLD!! What a real leader would say is, "You've had to cut back, so will we. We'll spend less and cut the fat. Thanks you, and good night". Period.

That was the answer Coolidge gave and his cuts to spending and taxation lead to the roaring 20's. Then the democrats got back in power and brought us the great depression of the 30's. Everything the did is exactly the same as obama is doing now and everything they did made it worse.
Traffic alert: There's a massive clown car pileup in the Beltway. And with the White House court jesters of sequester behind the wheel, no one is safe. Fiscal sanity, of course, is the ultimate victim.

President Obama has been warning America that if Congress allows mandatory spending "cuts" of a piddly-widdly 2 percent to go into effect this week, the sky will fall. The manufactured crisis of "sequestration" was Obama's idea in the first place.

But that hasn't stopped the Chicken Little in Chief from surrounding himself with every last teacher, senior citizen and emergency responder who will be catastrophically victimized by hardhearted...
