Affirmative Action means discrimination through the lens of a 33yo HR ditz who sees the world thru Oprah if she sees it at all.
This means - as I explain carefully to my black colleagues - that unless they are Politically Correct - they are "Honorary White Men"
The Anti-White-Man paradigm of the 60's continues to roll along - esp. with liberal female activists, lawyers and judges, HR and admissions officers, loan ofcs, etc. - in their Little Minds screwling anyone with Accomplishments means screwling the Man.
But - while professionals of 1965 were mostly white men - screwling said ppl today often means screwling Non-Whites. After all - they had Aff-Action all these years....
How is it that the party of Lincoln, a party that led the way in opposing slavery, Jim Crow laws, lynching, the KKK, poll taxes, led the way on integration and voting rights for black Americans, and percentage wise, voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act in greater numbers than Democrats is now only getting about 10% of the black vote? Democrats say racism, but any objective observer would quickly discard that explanation given the significant number of popular black Republicans. If even a large percentage of Republicans were racist, certainly Allen West, Herman Cain, Clarence...
While I am old enough to recall when racist A holes were public - I know literally no white family that tolerates so much as a racist joke - even in the bar after the kids are asleep.
But... I've lived in a lot of bad nbhd's over the years - and I've heard non-Whites say the most heinous things - and not just about Whites!
The tribalism and hatred of others and XENOPHOBIA - real, actual, frothy hatred of those not of one's tribe - is Alive and Well in the Non-White Communities.
The total Racism and Bigotry of Non-Whites is a direct result of the ONLY-Whites-Are-Evil paradigm.
And shamefully - our Non-White nbhrs suffer f/this Libtard nonsense in high crime rates, DV, and discrimination.
