Secong point again Bruce. One successful season in sports, at the betting table. Or even predicting the outcome in one race, make one an expert. Silver could be an expert. But it takes more than one successful race prediction. We will all see how Silver does with his latest prediction, and those in the coming years. Maybe he is brillant. Too early at this time to state this as fact. Bruce, just keep whistling past the grave yard. You'll be safe.

Bruce you sure are dense. One of my two points was dealing with Silver's predicition, and how possibly he manage to be almost spot on to what actually occurred. So let me explain it to you dear child, Bruce. If someone gives me the results of their polling, and I report it. Does that make be brillant? No. So if Silver, was given insider information in 2008 on the polling results just before the election. Does he get the credit? No he does not. But I did not state that what has been reported by reliable sources, is gospel. I don't personally know. Neither do you. But why would those on the same team as Obama, make statements indicating that there was some collusions between those with polling data and Silver? Interesting question.

Yes, you are correct. By bigoted racist democrats. Such as Bill Clinton's number one and favorite mentor. Or like Senator Byrd the grand coogle in WVA, and served six terms as a Democrat U.S. Senator. Gee willardmromey, it seems that you are coming around. Thanks for bringing this horrid example of democrat racism. With a little time, a brain transplant, and a touch of saving grace. You may just come into the light, and leave the liberal plantation behind. What with the massive move by liberals that is still going on to kill black babies in the womb, and others after their birth by taking from many, a life of self sufficiency.

Actually willardmromey made a couple great points. Just not what he intended. First, he tried to make himself look big and smart. Which he failed at miserably. Second, he continues to attack those he disagrees with, with strawman arguments. Which makes him look hateful. He's a silly little hateful little boy. But you got to appreciate willardmromey's actions, that makes those he disagrees with, look so bright and mature.

That would be Mongolia. Great place to make riches like Rockefeller, if one has some seed money and intestinal fortitude. Their government is also open to outside investment. But infrastructure, and road issues will be a major problem for some time. So it's an extented investment, with great potential for a large payout in the somewhat distant future. Then again, if you're the one building hotels, medical centers, roads, and construction projects, then you can make money now.

Since when is expressing an opinion, which is in the realm of possiblity, being disingenous? Sounds like you dislike freedom of speech. We will see in a few days whom the winner is. Some will be happy. Some will be sad. You, BainOfExistence, will still be petty and shallow.

You sound really silly willardmromey. While I'll agree George Bush spent too much. In only moved him closer to that of a democrat politician. George Bush spent money like a drunken sailor. That's why the democrats won the house and senate in 2006. The conservative replublicans and independents left, or barely participated in that election cycle. This continued somewhat into 2008. The big difference between the average conservative or liberal. Is that conservatives will leave and not support the party when they move from fisical conservative policies. Liberals don't. They're addicted to the kool-aid.

Is there a question there Edsiccors? You may want to present facts, in a decent manner if you wish to impress and convert. Your hate filled rants, do you no go. But it does your opposition much good. By making you look foolish and hateful. But like I stated earlier. It must really hurt to live in your skin!

We still see what the outcome will be. But your argument, and defense of your position is very weak. First, Silver is a top notch baseball statician. But his trail on political prediction is short. One election cycle in 2008. While I'll agree that he was right on the money on how many states would go, with the exception of one state. That is only one election, not many. Most knew quite sometime that Obama had it in the bag. The question was only how much. But the main question that I have, and so do many knowledgeable people in the field. Is one simple question. Did Obama's campaign feed him inside polling just before his prediction? There is some talk, from inside the Obama campaign from 2008, that this was the case.
