The thing that struck me most in the Globe article were these four words: "federally mandated diversity statistics." Where in the Constitution is this located? I can't see it anywhere, and why do we permit a government to rule over us that mandates "diversity statistics?"

You are right. It is absurd and so silly, the Dems ought to be embarrassed. It definitely is against the Constitution to promote one group over another.
