None of our courts seem to have the stomach to resist him as they dismiss every attempt to compel him to prove he is eligible to even hold the office. Not sure the issue is his citizenship. The question is whether he is a "natural" born citizen as required by the Constitution in Article 2.
My reading of the sources for the Founding Fathers indicates that "natural" citizens are those whose parents (Mother and Father) are citizens at the time of the child's birth and that the child is born in America. Absent any of these criteria means that the individual is probably a citizen, but most certainly not a “natural” born one as required.

Obama supported Bush's unconscionable intervention because there is no surer way to destroy an economy then by allowing government to control portions of it. The rot seeps throughout the entire structure until freedom is squeezed out and nothing remains except central control of an economic corpse.
