Mish, This analysis is all well and good but... what does it boil down to on Nov 6? Can Obama win re-election with UE above 8%? IIRC, no president before has won re-election with a number over 8%. Can the Obama crime machine garner enough votes with all the massive corruption, cheating with BLS numbers? Remember, the BLS revisions only arrive 3 months later. We are now inside of that window leading up to Nov 6. Obama and his surrogate Sec'y of Labor Hilda Solis can lie the UE number down under 8% and he can point to the improvement and get in under the wire before BLS revises current false numbers upwards at some date later on.
