The war drums over Iran are beating ever louder on the Left and Right in America. How stupid can people be. Romney's pandering to Israel to shore up his votes in Nov is disgusting. Fox is in the tank for Israel as well. We need a Paleo Con tv station to compete with the Fox Neo-Con.

Offering Israel support is not pandering.

Couldn't agree more, Tom. However, look at what's happened to those few TV pundits, like Mr Buchanan, who have refused to tow the party lines. 1) Pat fired from MSNBC for writing & telling the truth. 2) Judge Napolitano's 'Freedom Watch' being cancelled by FBN for being too anti-govt & pro Ron Paul. 3) Glenn Beck's show cancelled by Fox for, what, too-many so-called conspiracy theories? The truth is there is no real freedom on the airwaves. You must stay with Big Brother's program to stay on TV. Remember Phil Donohue's show being cancelled just before we attacked Iraq in Golf War I because he spoke out against our invasion.

That's "toe" the party line, not tow.

Agreed. There is big money in war, and that's what it is about.

I left a company not long ago after the meeting where one board member said: "we can't have another quarter like that. We NEED to get this war going again!"

That's what it's all about. And they don't care about the brave American men and women (who have surrendered their free will because they wish to protect their country honorably). They push those brave men and women into neverending fights not to protect us, but to justify taking the money. Drive around MD and northern VA. The answer is everywhere before us...
"Apart from political maps of mankind, there are natural maps of mankind. ... One of the first laws of political stability is to draw your political boundaries along the lines of the natural map of mankind."

So wrote H.G. Wells in "What Is Coming: A Forecast of Things to Come After the War" in the year of Verdun and the Somme Offensive.

In redrawing the map of Europe, however, the statesmen of Versailles ignored Wells and parceled out Austrians, Hungarians, Germans and other nationalities to alien lands to divide, punish and weaken the defeated peoples.

So doing...
