Obama's Rhetoric

The Dems are a perennial pain when in opposition, but only the Dems act like they are in opposition even when they are governing. Non-stop political campaigning while pres. Obama has to be the worst pres of all time on that basis alone.
"The ideal Democratic voter is intelligent, skeptical, and makes judgments based on facts." Nice joke. The typical Democrat voter is a pretty stupid and very self-interested.

"If you want to vote Democrat, don't do so because that is the party that cares more for the poor and the hungry." Dennis should have more accurately written that sentence to be "that is the party that you think cares more for the poor and the hungry." The key thing for liberals is is to be seen to be (apparently) more caring rather than in fact be more caring. Case in point, Obama's desire to raise the tax rates on higher earners. When pointed out to him by ABCs Gibson and Stephanopolous that historically higher tax rates have led to a fall rather than a rise in tax revenues, Obama willfully sidestepped that point by repeating that higher tax rates would be "fairer".

Like most liberals, Zen probably lives in an area secure and far from the ugly realities of life which allows him to give his irrelevant but self serving advice to others less fortunate.

Matthews: Obama Is The Perfect Man

Matthews is a political hack. Amazing that the MSM allows such blind, stupid, fawning partisan commentary on a so-called news program.
The current crop of African-American leaders continuing to use the same racist tendencies that have led to one tribe butchering another in their benighted continent of origin. Come on, African American leaders. Show us that you are capable of lifting your performance beyond skin color & cultural difference. Show us that you are capable of something more inspiring than being a perpetual lost cause.
"Revenues down, cities and counties face a choice." Pat, I think some of your semitic critics might find something anti-semitic in your statement here. Or perhaps the offending sentence was this one: "The salad days of the public sector are over." At any rate, the good news of course is the events you outline are causing union influence and the public sector to be on the wane. These 2 things can only be good news for clear-thinking citizens.

During that debate, the interviewers to their credit persisted with this line of questioning that previous tax falls led to a rise in govt revenues because they kept getting a bone-headed answer from Obama. The next day the MSM gave it to Gibson and Stefanopolos for daring to challenge Obama that way. Further proof that politics& protecting the MSM's guy trumped crucial facts.

Why does Insect hate Christians and Muslims? Why does he hate anyone who raises questions about international finance? Why would Insect and his ilk feel that this is an attack on semites?

Why This Obsession With Iran?

It's the Israel lobby, stupid. Any group that block votes against conservative america, and that includes Jews (80/20), do not warrant the support from conservative america. They have hijacked the Dem party long ago. Obama would love to stand up to Israel but loves votes and power more. The biggest Islamophobes are not Christians, they are Jews. The Bill Mahers of this world and their foreign agendas can go and get stuffed.
