The balance between those who recognize the threat, and those who pay no taxes and benefit from the largesse of "the Big Brother" is frightfully narrow. Food stamp recipients continue to rise, and the explosion of "new Americans" under the proposed immigration "reform" who come out of the shadows with a positive view of "big government" all but promises to tip the scales irrevocably toward the progressive camp.
"Regardless of when the president first learned of the investigations, Pfeiffer said the president wanted to ensure such activities were not repeated. "The activity was outrageous and inexcusable, and it was stopped and it needs to be fixed to ensure it never happens again," Pfeiffer said." I see they're recycling the Benghazi talking points. Next up will be: "At this point, what difference does it make?" They're already "moving on" and "focusing" on "jobs" and "strengthening the middle-class" . . .
He's already using the excuse, "It wasn't my fault!"
Don't buy the mega-bucket of popcorn just yet, Doug. My guess is that as the Republicans push the political ramifications of Obama's malfeasance too far vs the legal ones, and Obama flashes his toothsome grin and turns a perfectly-pressed trouser-leg in their direction, the press will drop their guns just as quickly as Carrie Fisher did when Jake lowered his Ray-Bans and cocked an eyebrow in "Blues Brothers" . . .
That's the smartest thing Bloomberg has said. Most college degrees are worthless, and for those who went into debt to loaf and party for 6 years, their chickens come home to roost when they matriculate and find a dearth of jobs for candidates with "women's studies" degrees. Hard sciences, on the other hand, are a different story, but most don't major in them because, well, they're hard.
Of course not, silly. These are white people you're talking about. They can't be "disenfranchised" or "victims of bias". Check with the Justice Department for the list of officially-approved groups entitled to exemption to the rules.
Will it hurt Hillary Clinton in 2016? Nope. The morons who foisted Obama off on us aren't paying attention to any of this, and will vote themselves some more freebies come 2016. As for the Dems, it's Hillary's turn. Nothing else matters. They ripped Romney over an "elevator" for his car, and totin' his dog on the roof of the car, but murder, cover-up, lies, by her Majesty? That's a witch hunt. We OWE it to Hillary since she was shunted aside last time by a good-looking, articulate black man. Only one "historic" figure at a time at this level folks. Hillary is just some unfinished business.

Aren't these allegations somehow "racist" or "Islamophobic"? Aren't all cultures morally equivalent now? Will Eric Holder be pronouncing the defense multiculturalism and his determination to prosecute any "hate crimes" against Muslims at a presser today?
For all of the "bloody-shirt waving" by the gun grabbers, with Obama among the worst, none could explain the logic of a bill that all admitted would've done nothing to prevent the various attacks. I think in the end many don't much care one way or the other unless they perceive they've got something to lose.
Who are you going to believe indeed -- two left-wing muslim apologists, or your own lying eyes (and ears) . . .

No, we prefer them competent, confident, and self-reliant, unlike your so-called "empowered" feminists who sleep around and expect someone else to provide birth control or abortion on demand. Heaven forbid they learn to take care of themselves. Your idea of freedom is what the government gives you, or lets you keep. Freedom is what you refuse to yield to the government.
