Oh, for goodness sake. Ms. Wright is (usually) a wonderful writer. Not everyone is "wright" 100% of the time. If you don't agree with here on this one miniscule issue, check out her other columns. Personally, I'm glad she's here. If you want to see someone who REALLY ruffles feathers among the conservative faithful, check out Pat Buchanan's columns and comments.
If I were these guys, I'd find some way to get a gun for protection. I wouldn't care if it were illegal. Their police are obviously not up to the job.
Boortz writes: "· What about a tax code that allows every American to transfer their wealth to their children, their grandchildren, or to any party they chose, whether in life or upon their death, with no tax consequences whatsoever?" Well, this sounds great to me and most Americans, but not to socialists like Obama, who is dedicated to proposition that all men are NOT created equal, and that some people's money belongs to the federal government to buy votes with as it pleases. Also, "When Linder asked him why they didn’t go ahead and pass it, Rangel responded that they would, but when the Democrats were in charge. " Yeah. I'll just BET that Rangel was serious about that. Can libs do ANYTHING but lie?
Limbaugh writes "Yet I firmly believe that despite Obama's overconfidence today, his political day of reckoning is coming." WHAT day of reckoning, David? He's ALREADY been re-elected. You think that the midterms coming up are going to make any difference to him? You think he really cares if gets a coveted post in the next president's cabinet? He's gone about as far as a community organizer can go. He's busy destroying America, re-making it into his own socialistic image. God help us all.

"You keep thinking you're going to win people over with rages, threats, insults, fearmongering and hate-speak. " Coulter has plenty of insults, all well-deserved. I don't see any rages, threats, fearmongering or hate-speak.

Al Gore Warming

Global warming will go the way of the global cooling scare of the '70s.... ....The overpopulation scare of the '60s... ....The "AIDS is going to get in to the general population and kill 50% of us!" scare of the '90s... ....The Alar scare of the "80s... ....The acid rain scare of the '90s..... ....The Y2K scare of the late '90s.... ...and in general any scare tactic that the left wing chooses to use to further its end of controlling the general population. The problem is just trying to stop the leftists from trying to permanently change our country in the meantime....
"Common sense gun laws"? Well, what are they? The fact is, Archie, I don't trust people like you or Obama to tell me what "common sense gun laws" are. I've never owned a gun in my life. But I'm getting one next week. I don't trust you people and your "common sense". I don't trust your government. What I want is for your and your oppressive government to stay away from people me. And when you and your ilk simply can't resist the temptation to oppress me, I want to be able to defend myself.
Dear Ward/Bob: If you actually DIDN'T vote for Obama, then the message wasn't addressed to you. What Jonah and myself have a problem with are so-called "fiscal conservatives" who continue to vote Democrat because they just can't stand social conservatives. To that person (BOB): Fine. Vote for whoever you want, but don't pretend you're a "fiscal conservative". The dems are less fiscally conservative than the spendthrift Bush-type Rinos.

Anti-American Asians Don't Speak for Me

Chan reminds me of the great comedian Charlie Chaplin, who made his millions here, and then continuously insulted America and her freedoms. (In fairness, Chaplin also did much volunteer work during the first World War. As he became more socialistic, he became more anti-American.)

What worries me is that more females are being selected for abortion than men. Just what do they think is going to happen to millions of testosterone-pumping males with no women to marry and civilize them. The Chinese leadership may look north to Russia, and see all of the basically empty land and become territorially aggressive. Hope its not true; fear that it is.
