Being very realistic there is no chance of winning a WH bid short of a 3rd party miracle. And you have even less chances of getting Romney who isn't comfortable with Conservatism to nominate Conservative judges who will be labeled as extreme and filibustered. Romney will cave to them and give them their liberal. Actually he will not do any of that because he can't win to get there.
