This is Obama's "Mission Accomplished" banner.
Right. I think it's time to bring back McCarthyism and blacklist the socialists and communists, treat them like the traitors they are.

Seriously, Chuck? You're using the DEA's current classification as an argument? As for addictive qualities, MJ is less addictive than sugar. And any temporary psychosis it may induce are caused by ingesting modern strains that contain 25% - 35% THC rather than the milder strains that contains less than 4% THC. It's like the argument against ephedra, people will abuse it and suffer the consequences, but the government's one-size-fits-all approach to everything of banning the abused substance punishes those who are responsible users.

The number they gave on CBS's Good Morning today gave the figure at 2 million had signed up.
I imagine he is disappointed that he's gotten exactly the treatment he expected, rather than the treatment he thinks the US government is supposed to be known for, at least in our early days. I can't decide if he's right or wrong about that.
I like your plan a lot, but it'll never work. Nobody follows that old document, the Constitution, anymore. Too restrictive. :-(
Tell that to everyone on Facebook, radio talk show hosts, etc., who keep saying *everything* is wrong with saying "happy holidays."
When I was growing up, we Christians all said Happy Holidays, because even we celebrated two holidays during this time of the year, Christmas and New Years, and it was shorthand for wishing people happiness during both. Now it's taken as an insult. Strange days.
Sorry, Doug, but I believe you are mistaken. If atheists publically and loudly object to Christmas because they don't believe in Jesus, why don't Jews, Pagans, Hindus, Buddhists, etc., etc., do the same? Sure, this may be true for some atheists, but I really don't think it's true for even most. But speaking of making themselves obnoxious during this season, don't ignore Christians themselves, who think they are the only ones on the planet who have a holiday during December and spout off indignantly that we shouldn't say "Happy Holidays", but must say "Merry Christmas". Right, because there are no Jews and Hanukkah, no pagans and Winter Solstice, etc., so anyone who wishes you happy holidays MUST be trying to take Christ out of Christmas.
