Guns won't be confiscated. They just wont be available to the next generation. Don't worry you can still rob a bank with your gun even if gun laws get stricter. And you can still sell your gun on the black market to criminals if you like so don't freat.

CA first required registration of "assault weapons",then made them illegal to own,and gave people the choice of surrendering them or moving them out of state. With a National law,you won't have that 2nd option.
