What a coincidence! We, too, had a horrible experience at Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. The TSA there provides an extra service -- snark and sarcasm. The agent who decided she needed to feel up my teen daughter attempted to belittle her when she glanced at me in terror while being led to the dreaded privacy room.
