They have tried, but even in SC where the voter ID law was upheld, the court will not allow it to be implemented this election. With the future of the USA at stake, this is a dangerous situation.

Most of the courts are NOT about Justice or the Rule of Law.
Most of the Judges(?) across the land are placed in office by the dem party(aka marxist party). they are there to run a protection racket for the marxist party when it comes to rulings on political and other issues that affects the marxist party and the comrades.

And up here in MIchigan the feds have been raking our Secretary of State over the coals because she dared to place a question on the ballot applcation. Her question? "Are you an American Citizen?" Can't have that now can we? Even though Ruth Johnson (our Sec of State) has PROVEN Canadian citizens, who are NOT American citizens voted in 2008 and 2010. But Ruth is the bad guy here because she asked a question........

Round Two: Obama Campaign Workers Help People Vote Twice

Yesterday we brought you a new Project Veritas video showing an Obama for America director in Houston helping an undercover reporter vote in two separate states. Now, another video shows volunteers in Brooklyn and an official Obama for America office in Minnesota encouraging double voting.

Clearly, this is not an isolated incident and as previously reported, the encouragement of voting in two states is illegal under 42 USC 1973i(e) and 42 USC § 1973gg–10(2).
