"Healthcare" is caring for your health. Eat right, exercise, don't run with scissors, etc... you don't 'need' it, you already have it. What you decide to do with it is up to you. Medical care is what you get from hospitals, clinics and EMTs... Obamacare is insurance. Fill out your paperwork, get in line, wait your turn, feasibility studies, death panels, etc...
