What's interesting is the Obama administraion is basically accusing the public schools of racism. However the schools that are doing all of these disciplinary actions on black students are primarily school districts run by balck Superintendents and black Principals. Are we to assume they are racists against black students?

This will only get better if more blacks speak out on this. And if you are ever in a debate about the cause of black crime, there is ONLY one answer, which is the breakdown of the family in the black community. Not poverty, not ancestors enslaved 150 years ago. No society has ever thrived where the family structure breaks down.
