Actually we CAN repeal the 2nd amendment. Michael Moore was giving an interview just before Xmas and explained how it could be done. We'd simply need enough states to do it and voila. ------------------------------------------------------------- You honestly think you can get 3/4th of the states, the magic number would be 38, to ratify an Amendment to repeal the 2nd, assuming you can muster a 2/3rd majority in the House and Senate.
