However, at the time, I see a real need in our country for a means to determine if a person has the right to vote or receive government aid.

Given that, it is willful deception to say that there is no gay gene implying that there is no genetic underlying cause. Again, you've never answered the questions: 1) Did God make hermaphrodites? 2) If He did, who should they be attracted to? Who is it OK (by you/God) for them to sleep with. I use hermaphrodite here because the difference is visible obvious (in many, but not ALL cases). People need to understand that Gods Law does not synchronize with Natures Law.
