Nah, you go to far. I am probably more conservative than anyone you have ever spoken to and I agree with you first of all about your support for Israel's right to defend themselves. While "Democrats are traitors that hate America" is obviously a fallacy, it doesn't mean conversely that a lot of Democrats don't have a negative view of America or what has been in her interest. As to the much maligned 47% being freeloaders, that is a another fallacy, but one that doesn't mean that a lot of our new social welfare society aren't freeloaders, and that our society has divided itself primarily between taxpayers and tax consumers. And that conflict can only go a couple of way.

A new CNN poll shows only 40 percent of Democrats support Israel's response to Hamas launching repeatedly rockets into their country.

"Although most Americans think the Israeli actions are justified, there are key segments of the public who don't necessarily feel that way," said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "Only four in ten Democrats think the Israeli actions in Gaza are justified, compared to 74% of Republicans and 59% of independents. Support for Israel's military action is 13 points higher among men than among women, and 15 points higher among older Americans than among younger Americans."
