Hillary wants out, but who wants in? U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice is looking like she's about to land a chance to fill Hillary's shoes according to the Washington Post.

FLASHBACK: Rice went on five different Sunday shows five days after the 9/11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and claimed the attack was a result of a spontaneous protest getting out of control. The problem? The administration knew the attack was a planned terrorist attack within five hours.
