When he started crying after being selected, I knew for sure they had the wrong guy. Nancy Pelosi didn't cry, but Boehner cried. No wonder he caves. Boehner is just a girly-man.

What I noticed was the expression on his wifes face. Had that been my husband I would have been grinning from ear to ear and showed my pride in my man..I didn't see that in her face. Her look reminded me of the same expression my now divorced daughter had when her husband was crying about the problems they were having in the marriage. I may be wrong but that's the face I remember.
I don't have a problem with a man shedding tears, but he was over the top that day. Another thing he didn't waste any time after he read his part of the constitution to cut and run to speak to the FIFTH COLUMN outside the chamber..as Speaker he should have stayed and had the House convene, what's more important than a full reading of the Constitution?

Things have been a tad...uncomfortable in House Republicanville over the last few weeks, and yesterday's "deal" only exacerbated the tension.  With the 113th Congress set to take the reins tomorrow, the lower chamber's GOP conference will reportedly gather this evening to discuss their leadership situation.  Depending on who you believe, either Boehner is calmly assured that he has the votes to be re-elected as Speaker...
