So basically, anyone who isn't an entrepreneur is pretty much useless.

Yeah, that's it exactly, Thess. You powers of comprehension are matched only by your way with words.

That's what the add infers. It tells the majority of Americans who aren't entrepreneurs that their contributions to society are trivial. The message is, "You're a loser, so vote for us."

Political advertisements like this are a great way to make Republicans feel better about themselves while repulsing moderates.

Thank you.

Thess, you apparently have an inferiority complex as this ad, in no way, trivializes the contributions of anyone in this society. If you believe that the ad "infers" that, do you also then believe that Obama's speech "inferred" that successful business owners are evil, selfish people that have cheated others to achieve their success? Because, that is an apt comparison.

Your Welcome.

I only say near perfection because it's 90 seconds long, and therefore not television-friendly.  I suppose they could air the full thing, but it would be exceedingly -- if not prohibitively -- expensive.  Other than the length, it's virtuosic.  Using Obama's counter-ad at the outset (and again, devastatingly, at the end) is a stroke of genius because it allows viewers to hear the president's revisionist excuse, followed immediately by his full original remarks.  No editing required, aside...
