The biggest let-down of my life was when this man took office and decided to push his personal agenda (ObamaCare) when he was faced with the biggest jobs crises in 50 years. It showed everyone (who didn't just vote out of guilt or allegiance to a skin color) how much he really cared for the citizens of this nation, right off the bat. But, furthermore- why do YOU feel it's your personal mission to visit a CLEARLY Conservative website to insert your mind-numbing "two cents" into our dialogue? Shouldn't you be spending your precious time, fighting for women to maintain their "right" to murder their children as a form of birth control? Sounds like a more appropriate use of your talents.

Everyone DOES have a shot at the American Dream. "Life, liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness." That is the problem with the "entitlement mentality" on such gross display in this country today. Everyone born in America has the same opportunity. The beauty of our FREEDOM is our individual ability to be the masters of our own destiny. The promise of equal opportunity does not guarantee equal results. And if you choose not to succeed as an individual, it is NOT the responsibility of those who chose to acheive their personal success to pull you along.

THAT is speculation- which is nothing but subjective. You weren't there, so your assumptions are completely baseless and being used to perpetuate your opinion. It's easy to get the results you want to produce when you speculate.

Wonderfully written! It has always perplexed me how the expectation of "retribution" has become a staple of "race relations" in modern America- whether it be in the form of entitlement or financial reparation- to a generation who knows only slivers of inaccurate history, that they use to paint themselves as current victims of white men. It is largely irresponsible of our "leader" to perpetuate these inaccuracies to propel himself into a position of "posterchild of the oppressed" when his very own policies only seek to "enslave" the citizens of our country to the Federal Government. I think that uneducated people find it hard to grasp the concept that every time you accept "help" from the- borrowing from Paul Ryan- "central planners"...
Ann, it still remains unknown if she actually said those words. The video has been analyzed time and again by lip reading experts and is inconclusive. There are plenty of other contrasts between Ann Romney and Michelle Obama that are not embellished. And Michelle Obama's statement that for the "first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country" is actually factual and even more disturbing on some levels. It's certainly a candid glimpse in to her true feelings about the nation her husband "leads".
Not only that, but as Rubio articulately detailed... facing one of the biggest jobs crises in the history of our nation, he took advantage of his fully Democrat-controlled position to push Obamacare instead of creating jobs. And again, as Rubio said- it would seem that ANY President, from any party, would have focused on jobs... but not Barry. Barry wanted to make sure his agenda took first priority over what was best for the citizens of this country. To me, that alone is unforgiveable.
and they won't even SAY the NAME of the stadium where he is giving his landmark address. Watch the Panthers play a home game any given Sunday, they'll say it 20 times. It's only a secret this week.
Regarding the AP article on Michelle Obama's speech- "Mrs. Obama will join a crowd of up to 74,000 people at an outdoor football stadium in Charlotte on Thursday night when the president formally accepts the Democratic nomination" Hahaha! The NAME of the stadium is BANK OF AMERICA stadium. I know, it's supposed to be a big secret that the stadium where he will accept his nomination is named for one of the very entities that he has opposed since before he took office- at least, he appears to oppose, when people are looking. The Left is scrambling to disassociate everything about Charlotte with the DNC... I am still scratching my head- trying to figure out why they chose Charlotte. The 2nd largest banking city on the East Coast...
