To Prager's credit, he did commend B. Maher for his comments.....but...has Prager shown the same intellectual integrity by calling out some of the nuts from "his" side, including Alex Jones and Glenn Beck , who are claiming that the Boston bombing was a gov't run operation? Perhaps he has....I don't listen every day.......but, if he has, I sure haven't heard it.

Well, I'm not sure whether it matters if you heard something or not as it seems that you may not be hearing properly.

what are you talking about...what specifically did I not hear properly? I'm always amazed at the number of posts like yours in this forum. Why bother making a very vague, unspecific post about me "not hearing properly". If you think I'm wrong about something or mis-heard something, tell me exactly what it was. If your point is that Prager DID condemn those fellow conservatives for their stances, give me the specifics...hell, I'd have a bit more repsect for him as a result.

Lumping Glenn Beck with the other gut is questionable...Beck has solid reasons for his doubts about the gov't. Alex Jones is less believable but still, like the extremely skeptical black faction, has reason to not take anything at face value and can be useful.

Syko does not "get" any of my references - tests of a sort. The lingo isn't so hip as to not be recognized by a young Sunday School attendee. I meet and otherwise converse with many people and enjoy those who understand and those who want to. Alas, Syko might not know that such is mentioned in the Bible.
We cannot bring back the stolen lives. We cannot bring back the lost limbs or the lost hearing. And we cannot mitigate the infinite grief of the victims' loved ones.

But there is something we can and must do: We must learn all the lessons we can.

Here are some:

1. The gulf between the decent and the indecent

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older brother, once told an interviewer before a Golden Gloves boxing competition: "I don't have a single American friend. I don't understand them."

The reason Tsarnaev didn't understand Americans was not primarily cultural. Tsarnaev came to America when he was 14 or 15, an...
