USMC you didn't run me off, I had a class but they're doing a silly group assignment today so I bailed. As to the difference between an individual firearm and a nuke they are both part of the government's arsenal. Since your argument is that we can't ban 'assault' weapons because of government tyranny then by your logic there should be no restriction on citizens' access to weapons available to the government.
