I just went for a pre-emptive pie-eating run (I'm eating The Meal tonight), and it made me so grateful that I *could* go for a run. 1.) The weather here in Houston is BEAUtiful. 2.) I have healthy legs and lungs that allow me to run. 3.) I live in a society where I can go out a.) without a male relative and b.) wearing running clothes c.) without being arrested or stoned as a harlot. That's really quite a lot for which to be grateful! And that was just what occurred to me as I was running. Wait 'til I finish with dinner - YUMMY!
