As much as I respect author Benson, he is way off on this issue. I have extensively researched the history of the term "natural born citizen." It does not mean born on U.S. soil. It means "born on U.S. soil to two US. citizen parents." Born in the U.S. only makes one a "born citizen," not a natural born citizen. Born outside the U.S. to American parents makes one a U.S. citizen - and possibly a citizen of that other nation as well, depending on its laws - but it does not make one a born citizen or a natural born citizen. Where Obama, Rubio, Jindal, and Cruz is irrelevant - because none of them had two U.S. citizen parents at birth. Period. Case closed.

Ryan wants to increase federal spending by 3.4 percent per year and still balance the budget? That is impossible, considering that GDP growth will be far lower than 3.4 percent. What are Ryan's GDP assumptions? No doubt they are quite rosy. (Of course, Obama's are even more unrealistic.)

That's a good point. Additionally, it is almost guaranteed that the credit card interest rate is higher than the rate charged on the auto loan. If you extra cash in any given month, use it to pay down the credit card - not make an extra car payment.

I read that Mooshelle had several members oft he military in their dress uniforms standing behind her during the award presentation. (I did not watch the program.) Why on earth should taxpayers pay the salaries of members of the military so they can appear with her for an awards program? Obama whine about the sequester "cuts" (which aren't really cuts). If we want to save money, let's eliminate the fluff and nonsense of the White House - including Valerie Jarrett's Secret Service detail. (Why does she get 24x7 protection?)
