Besides,their OWN governments turned corrupt.
Also,the ME governments were CREATED by the UN (mostly though US efforts)after WW-ONE,when the Ottoman Empire dissolved. they hadn't been in existence long enough.
And the Arabs were on the side of the Nazis,so they just didn't turn "friendly" after WW2.
