Fact: This is a global recession Fact: The recession ocurred under the watch of the GOP Fact: Our recovery is still outpacing most of the industrialized world. So, Do you really want to put the GOP back in charge?

Fact: Obama promised to keep the unemployment rate under 8% three years ago.

I want conservatives in charge.

Then , you don't have anyone to vote for!

"So, Do you really want to put the GOP back in charge?"

Well, when the GOP was last in control of Washington, it had racked up 52 straight months of economic expansion, 9.958 million jobs created, a 3.2% GDP, a 4.5% unemployment (which means full employment), a DJIA at 12,398.01, etc..... then the Democrats took over Congress on 3 January 2007.

Just sayin'.

Fact: It may have started under Bush, but it deepened under Pelosi and Reid and fell off the table under Obama.

Spin it any way you want.

Do you really want 4 years more of Obama and crew?

theSTUPIDstuff:

Interesting how you twist YOUR "facts" with only select information.

The entire truth would provide a totally DIFFERENT picture.

You are absoluely right, Anne. I didn't portray the entire truth. So, let me correct that:

Fact: The GOP is actively waging a War on Women.

Better now?
ResistWeMuch Wrote: May 04, 2012 10:57 AM
I'm a woman and the entire Federal government is at war with me....on my liberty and with my wallet.
Bill1895 Wrote: May 04, 2012 10:58 AM
Rightstuff: your comment about a war on women makes like you look like an ignorant Klan member: ie a democrat.

Fact? I suggest you go ask your mother where the family dictionary is so you can look up that word. Open it to the "F" tab then search alphabetically. If you find it difficult, you could use your petro-chemically produced keyboard to search it on the web. I would advise you seek more than one source, as it is obvious you are not accustomed to that.

Didn't they give you liberal losers meds for your Bush Derangement Syndrome?

The country was doing fine until the Democrats took over the majorities in Congress on Jan. 3, 2007 - 11 months later the nation went into a recession, then their rubberstamp got in and super-sized their mess.

To give the devil his due, economy-killing restrictions and regulations courtesy of the EPA and other rogue government agencies flourished in Republican administrations too. We don't need Republicans in charge, we need CONSERVATIVES!

Yes, we have had RINOs like Santorum, Gingrich, Specter, DeWine, and Snowe undercut us for far too long now.

This formulation is wearing thin, but the "good news" is the US unemployment rate fell to 8.1 percent last month.  The bad news is that the U3 figure dropped for all the wrong reasons, and other crucial indicators looked decidedly gloomy -- again:

Nonfarm payroll employment rose by 115,000 in April, and the unemployment rate was little changed at 8.1 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Employment increased in professional and business services, retail trade, and health care, but declined in transportation and warehousing. Both the number of unemployed persons (12.5 million)...
