A Minimum Wage Equals Minimum Jobs

I think it is pretty safe to say that Wal-Mart understands business. They know how to keep their employees and customers happy. Of course, the Democratic Party speaks of Wal-Mart as evil incarnate, but that is another story.

Just how much better would our government operate if they took the Wal-Mart business model and implemented it across-the-board?
Some intrepid reporter needs to ask Pres. Obama what he thought of the O.J. verdict and if he thinks O.J. was guilty of the crime. Maybe he hasn't prepared for that question so we might actually see an honest answer.
Rahmbo was instrumental in getting blue-dog Democrats elected in conservative districts. This strategy led to the eventual takeover of the House to the Democrats.

Do you think Rahmbo had any intention of just sitting idly by and letting these Democrat Conservatives vote against the party? He knew he could offer them sweetheart deals in order to get their votes. One can only imagine what he is promising Blue-Dogs this time around in order to get them to vote for Obamacare.
The other night I heard a excerpt on the news of 'some guy' at the UN Climate Conference saying something like "Scientists have determined there is a 5 year window still left where we can make a difference." So they'll take the currently naturally cooling earth and claim their policies made that happen.

How do these people sleep at night knowing they have sold their souls to the almighty dollar? No integrity whatsoever. They have earned our distrust.

Jobs or Snow Jobs?

Too much common sense going on here. Thank you Dr. Sowell for framing the jobs issue into such a common sense arena. There is no end in sight for this debacle of a presidency.

I did not know that Gibbs had confirmed that Obama had prepared for this anticipated question. That fact even makes this whole incident more frightening.

A Post-Racial President?

I wouldn't want to live in Cambridge, MA now as no one will call the police if someone is breaking into a home. And I have yet to hear Prof. Gates thank his neighbor for thinking enough of him to call the cops when it appeared someone was breaking into his house.

So it is free reign for the criminals in the Boston area right now.
Imagine that: Science infused with left-wing politics. How can that be? The real question is what would these people be doing if they had to work in a real job? They are professional agitators and speakers of misinformation that don't contribute anything worthwhile to society, yet are funded by taxpayers. Only in America.

Obamacare for Illegal Aliens

before politics will be left out of the immigration discussion. Democrats are simply buying votes right now and will deal with the consequences of their actions later.

There is zero interest in Democrat circles to do anything about illegal immigration. Sorry to say this, but it is going to take a lot more pain in the California and US economies before anyone on the Left will try to reign in illegals.

Remembering Ted Kennedy

I can't remember all the details, but Pres. G.W. Bush gave one of the Kennedy's some presidential award during his first term. The Kennedy's 'accepted' the award, but just couldn't bring themselves to say anything nice about Pres. Bush and his reaching across the aisle.

And then when Ted got to write the No Child Left Behind Eductation bill, he blamed Republicans and Pres. Bush when it came under fire, by Liberals, as a flawed program. Nice class.
