Sorry Steve, but you are making a case that the American people aren't smart enough to understand that Liberty is something we have to have explained to us. We ALL feel the large encroachment government has had in out lives and seek to have it not just rolled back, but reduced to the point we can experience freedom only Americans know. No one needs to tell me who believes in "trickle down" government vs. individual freedom to pursue as I desire. Perhaps O is the ideologue and has visions of implementing it, but Romney is a pragmatist and has vision of ending it. Practically and really he has made the case of HOW he will resolve it. We need less ideology and more common, practical methods to keeping government off our backs. That's Romney.

You are out of touch with reality if you think voters understand the connection - they don't, or we'd never elect people like Obama and Clinton in the first place. Rush spends 3 hours a day explaining conservatism over and over and eventually, people get it. Romney and every other conservative should do the same.
