If you need emergency healthcare OK, but then we should then bill whatever country they are from if they can't or won't pay. All costs of holding criminals and such should be billed back to their country of origin. We should only allow people with qualities that we are in need of into the USA legally. This may include technical, medical, etc., they would have to pass a health and education test, this would eliminate uneducated, unhealthy and non-English speaking people.

Many conservatives reject President Obama's recent policy to defer action against illegal immigrants who came to the United States as children. But as a conservative who supports the president's decision, I think it's important to seriously engage the arguments both for and against the policy.
